Born in 1953 in Chapelle-Lez-Herlaimont, Belgium, Luc Etienne is a founding member of the Xylon Belgique [since 1992], and jury member of ‘Xylon 12’ [1994] in Winterhur, Switzerland and ‘Rotariale’ [1998] in Brugge, Belgium. He is also exhibiting in ‘Holz-Hout-Bois’, an exhibition with Peter Lang, Hans Wap, & Marijke Verhoef, in: Rosenheim & Regensburg, Germany; Rotterdam, & Amstelveen, Nederland; and the Centre de la Gravure, La Louvière, Belgium.
