Born in 1955, Ranka Lucic Jankovic is a 1999 graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. She completed post-graduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Beograd, Serbia, and has been a member of the Association of Fine Arts in Serbia since 1980. She has lived and worked as a freelance artist in Beograd since 1982, and participated in many international print exhibitions [including Chamalières, Sharjah, Kraków, Kanagawa, & Bitola, among others] with several awards, including a prestigious award from the Center for Visual Research of the Academy of Fine Arts, Beograd.
