| Artist's Statement | ||
I try to share time equally between art practice and an involvement with Reminiscience, Local History, and Heritage work. I have always found that art practice has an even wider value beyond the confines of the studio or gallery, and that different groups within society can also benefit from the experience of working with visual images—towards this end I often run art based workshops for adults with special needs/disabilities or experiencing emotional distress. I also organize Reminiscience sessions for the elderly in Residential or Nursing Home settings.
