Disappearance-3 Wieslaw Haladaj |
||
| Artist's Statement | ||
As a visual artist, I have always been interested in the genesis of the human psyche, and what I would call the naked human condition: the situation in which a human being realized for the first time—deprived of all ideas and delusions about himself—their existence, and the place they live in, the infinity and mystery of the university and their place in it, sealed by transcience. Linocut, due to its primitive, archetypal character, seems well suited to these kinds of expressions.
